Platform updates
Updates to the knowledge base underneath and the modules on top, as they ship.

Uploaded data is now indexed within about a minute instead of waiting for the hourly run. If you need it sooner, editors get an "Index now" button. Pages now label data that is still "indexing pending". Admins get a new Data tab in settings showing what is extracted vs. ready to search.
Ask chat now sees how much of each data type your workspace holds, so it can answer from your data as well as your documents, and it says when new data is still being indexed. Outside AI tools connected through the API see the same counts.
The sign-in system was replaced. A mistyped email code can now be retried, and repeated attempts are limited.
Pressing Backspace no longer removes links without recording the change. Groundwork was also laid to lock data-model items that come from a template.
Customer-hosted installs can now run chat data analysis on their own servers, scaling up with demand and down to zero when idle.

People can ask questions in a Teams chat or channel and get answers with charts as needed. Answers appear as they are written, with thumbs up/down and an "AI generated" label. Typing "new" starts a fresh chat, and the old one can be continued on the web. Admins connect channels and download the Teams app from a new Channels tab. Only members of the organization can use the bot.
Admins add these folders as sources in workspace settings through a connector. SharePoint connects in one click. A Re-ingest button sends a finished or failed document through processing again.
Chat and data analysis moved to a newer, stronger AI model.
Building an ontology from documents is faster, more reliable and shows its progress step by step. The chat now says when analysis is unavailable.
Editors can write, test, version and approve saved calculation scripts inside a skill, so the same question gets calculated the same way every time.
A new Access page shows who can reach which workspace, and why. A Super admins page manages platform-wide access. Super admins can build and publish reusable workspace templates.
A bulk API to push large batches of facts into a workspace.
The Knowledge Base can now be installed in a customer's own Azure account, covering its database, storage, security and monitoring.
When the Knowledge Base can't be reached, sign-in now says so instead of "try again".
Robots are now usable end to end, and you can switch out the tool on the robot.
Robots can now work with each other in a connected production line.
Choose the size, width, length, color and accessories of a typical industrial workbench.
Line balancing results can now be visualized in 3D through Factory Live.

The assistant can now read a whole document instead of searching it piece by piece. Charts are readable and stay put while you scroll. Questions typed while it is still answering wait in a queue instead of vanishing. A "thinking" indicator shows it has started. Large workspaces no longer break answers halfway.
Each workspace now shows an address that outside AI assistants can use to look up its data in a secure way.
You can download the original file from any upload or ingestion. The Ingest page now separates files that are waiting (Queued) from files being worked on (Processing), and we now support format types such as PowerPoint, image, web page, text, e-book and JSON files.
Search boxes no longer drop letters while you type. Long lists no longer repeat or skip items. The Library loads faster and shows a friendly notice. Error messages from the AI now say what actually went wrong.
Accepted suggestions stay accepted. Pages show a loading layout right away. The assistant now warns when its check was incomplete instead of saying "All set".
The Issues page is now one searchable, filterable list with status chips. Issue pages got purpose-built charts and a cleaner suspects list.
The separate Inspection and Parameter screens were merged into one Verifications page, with defect filtering and per-product charts.
Every dashboard view can be exported to Excel or CSV.
The chat now answers based on the data shown in the dashboard, and starts each chat with a briefing written by the workspace operator.
Racks and shelves can now carry various materials, with more flexibility in how they're configured.
The system automatically generates a closed rectangular clearance outline around any placed asset's footprint.
When you place a new asset in the factory or scene, you get a warning if it overlaps an existing asset.
Drawing a conveyor belt now automatically creates a right-sized opening in the wall.

Everyone on your team now signs in with their own account, so your operation's knowledge stays behind a secure login.
Every workspace now starts from a ready-made model of how a manufacturing operation fits together: lines, stations, products, processes and the people who run them. Your data maps onto it, so you don't start from a blank page.
Upload manuals, work instructions and reports yourself and link them into the ontology. Answers can then draw on what's written down, not just what's in your systems.
Connect streaming sources such as sensor and machine data. New readings flow straight into the ontology, so answers reflect what's happening on the floor now, not last week's export.
Configure a full balancing study in one place: line layout, work content, takt and constraints, through to a balanced line that's ready for rollout.
Add a parallel flow to an existing production line, such as a second branch or duplicated stations, and balance it together with the main line, so the whole setup runs to takt.

A real-time simulation mode for conveyor belts, with various assets placed onto the belt.
A parametric cage to place around robots, with full flexibility on height, material, color, length and more.

When data is connected to the assets in Factory Live, you can now chat with that data and use AI to find new insights.
Bottlenecks are now visualized in work-in-process simulations.

Product flows you have defined are now visualized in the Factory Live scene.
New camera and zoom-in capabilities make it easier to move around the scene.
A simple way to manage versions of the digital twin you've built.
Tell us what you're working on and we'll walk you through what's new for your operation.
