As Senior Industrial Digitalization Leader, you will bridge industrial operations, product development, and service delivery. You will help Epicz Lab turn real industrial challenges into scalable products, services, assessment methods, value cases, and implementation roadmaps, using data, automation, AI, and connected industrial systems, creating measurable operational and commercial value.

This is a role for someone who is excited by new technology, but grounded enough to know that technology only matters when it solves real industrial problems.

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build our Industrial AI Productivity Platform from the ground up. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity: the platform is fresh out of the gates, the core data model is shipped, and the systems that make it sing such as LLM extraction, entity resolution, and natural-language query are ours to design and build. You’ll own meaningful surface area end to end: data model, backend services, APIs, AI integration, and the frontend operators actually use. No legacy to maintain: You’ll set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. We want someone senior enough to make those calls well, with the judgment to lead by example. This is a tech-lead-leaning IC role, not people management.
