What you will do
- Lead customer discovery and operational assessments in industrial environments.
- Find where data, automation, AI and connected systems unlock operational improvements.
- Map production, maintenance, quality and workflows to surface high-value opportunities.
- Turn customer needs into product requirements, service concepts, value cases and roadmaps.
- Work across the shop floor, IT and OT, product, engineering and customer management.
- Develop repeatable Epicz Lab methods and delivery models.
- Help customers move from insight to prioritized action.
What you bring
- Experience in manufacturing, process industry, energy, logistics or a similar sector.
- A strong grasp of production, maintenance, quality and operational improvement.
- Background in digitalization, automation, industrial IT and OT, or data-driven initiatives.
- Confidence leading customer conversations with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industrial systems such as PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT platforms and historians.
- A business-value mindset that connects technology to measurable outcomes.
- Curiosity about new technology balanced with practical judgment.
- A self-driven approach to ownership and learning.
