As Senior Industrial Digitalization Leader, you will bridge industrial operations, product development, and service delivery. You will help Epicz Lab turn real industrial challenges into scalable products, services, assessment methods, value cases, and implementation roadmaps, using data, automation, AI, and connected industrial systems, creating measurable operational and commercial value.

Key responsibilities.
- Lead customer discovery and operational assessments in real industrial environments.
- Explore where data, automation, AI, and connected industrial systems can unlock smarter, safer, and more efficient operations.
- Map production, maintenance, quality, and operational workflows to identify high-value opportunities.
- Turn customer needs and operational insights into product requirements, service concepts, value cases, and implementation roadmaps.
- Work across shop floor, IT/OT, product, engineering, vendors, and customer management.
- Help shape repeatable Epicz Lab methods, delivery models, and customer-facing offerings.
- Support customers in moving from insight to action through clear priorities and practical next steps.

What you bring.
- Experience from industrial environments such as manufacturing, process industry, energy, logistics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of production, maintenance, quality, and operational improvement.
- Experience with digitalization, automation, industrial IT/OT, or data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Confidence leading customer conversations and workshops with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of industrial systems such as PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT platforms, historians, or automation systems.
- A business-value mindset and the ability to connect technology to measurable outcomes.
- Curiosity for new technology, combined with practical judgement about when AI, automation, or data-driven solutions create real value.
- A self-driven mindset - you take ownership, learn quickly, and turn ambiguity into progress.
