Role summary.
We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build our Industrial AI Productivity Platform from the ground up. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity: the platform is fresh out of the gates, the core data model is shipped, and the systems that make it sing such as LLM extraction, entity resolution, and natural-language query are ours to design and build. You’ll own meaningful surface area end to end: data model, backend services, APIs, AI integration, and the frontend operators actually use. No legacy to maintain: You’ll set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. We want someone senior enough to make those calls well, with the judgment to lead by example. This is a tech-lead-leaning IC role, not people management.

The platform you will build.
- Frontend: Next.js 15 (App Router) with React Server Components, TypeScript end to end, Tailwind CSS v4, and shadcn/ui.
- Backend: a cleanly layered TypeScript architecture (Model → Repository → Service → Action/API) with errors-as-values handling (neverthrow) and Zod-validated boundaries.
- Data: PostgreSQL on Neon with Drizzle ORM, pgvector for embeddings/RAG, full-text search, an append-only bitemporal claim ledger, and multi-tenant Row-Level Security.
- AI: Azure AI Foundry via the Vercel AI SDK — powering document extraction, entity resolution, and agentic natural-language querying over the entity graph.
- Platform: Vercel, GitHub Actions CI/CD, versioned Drizzle migrations, and a Dagster-based ingestion pipeline (Python). Node 22 throughout.
- Curiosity for new technology, combined with practical judgement about when AI, automation, or data-driven solutions create real value.

Key responsibilities.
- Build the platform end to end — data model, backend services, APIs, AI integration, and frontend.
- Design and ship the core systems still on the roadmap: LLM-based extraction, entity resolution, and LLM-powered query surfaces.
- Architect for scale: AI inference, ingestion pipelines, and secure, multi-tenant operator interactions.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into production — agentic flows, RAG, and structured extraction.
- Set the technical bar: patterns, code quality, testing, and CI/CD that the team builds on.
- Mentor by example and help shape a high-craft engineering culture.
- Partner closely with product, design, and AI to ship features that earn operator trust.
- Hunt down bottlenecks, improve performance, and keep tech debt in check while we move fast.

You will stand out if you master...
- Python for data and AI-pipeline work (Dagster, model integration, data science).
- Vector search / pgvector, full-text search, or other RAG infrastructure.
- Multi-tenant SaaS, Row-Level Security, or other data-isolation patterns.
- Real-time data processing, operator tooling, or domain-specific industrial automation.
- A craftsmanship streak: typed error handling, clean architecture, strong test discipline.
What you bring.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering, including time in a senior role owning significant systems or features.
- A track record of architecting and shipping complex, production web applications or platforms.
- Strong TypeScript, with depth in React/Next.js on the frontend and Node on the backend.
- Solid relational data skills — PostgreSQL, SQL, and ORMs (Drizzle, Prisma, or similar).
- Hands-on experience putting AI/ML or LLMs into production (RAG, extraction, agentic flows, or model serving).
- Comfort with cloud-native development and CI/CD — we run on Azure (AI Foundry), Vercel, and Neon.
- The judgment to set technical direction and the communication skills to bring others along.
- Fluency with modern, agile, remote-friendly ways of working.

- Location: Based at our R&D center in central Gothenburg, Sweden.
